SUMMER OF SOUL 2026

Summer of Soul: All Events Package
$150.00

One pass. Four transformative gatherings. Across the summer, this series weaves together Indigenous wisdom, interfaith dialogue, and healing traditions into a single unfolding journey—moving from story and memory into collective action and care.

This summer, join us for four transformative gatherings that move together as one unfolding journey—from story and memory, through interfaith dialogue, into healing and resilience.

Beginning with author and poet-storyteller Kaitlin Curtice, the series grounds us in identity and belonging before inviting us deeper: into the collective memory of Indigenous winter counts, across the boundaries of faith and generation in an interfaith panel, and finally into the wisdom of healers who remind us that sustaining justice begins with care for ourselves and one another.

Each event builds on the last. Together, they form a summer-long experience rooted in Indigenous knowledge, spiritual reflection, and the belief that community is how change happens.

Your series pass includes:

  • All four events across the summer

  • Guided discussion and small-group reflection at each gathering

  • Curated resources to continue learning between events

  • A connected community on the full journey

Special Screening: The Last Wintercount
$35.00

Saturday, July 25th, 2026 from 3:00-5:00 PM

This event is for those interested in Indigenous stories, history, environmental care, and community dialogue.

Building on the foundation of story, this gathering invites us into collective memory and truth-telling through a screening of The Last Wintercount by Sheldon Wolfchild.

Through the tradition of winter counts, the film deepens our understanding of how history is carried forward—and how Indigenous knowledge shapes our relationship to land, time, and community.

Following the film, participants will engage in guided discussion and shared reflection.

Join us as we listen, learn, and carry these stories forward together.

Drinks, popcorn, and snacks will be available during and after the film.

Interfaith Panel
$35.00

Coming September 2026

This event is for elders, youth, educators, and community builders.

As the series unfolds, we turn toward connection across difference. This interfaith panel brings together voices across generations and traditions to explore how spirituality and justice intersect in lived experience.

Together, we will consider how communities of faith can respond to today’s challenges—and how relationships across traditions can become a powerful force for collective action.

Through panel dialogue, audience engagement, and small group conversation, this gathering invites participants to move from reflection into shared responsibility.

Join the conversation and be part of building what comes next!

Light appetizers will be served after this event.

Healers Panel
$35.00

Coming August 2026

This event is for women, femme-identifying individuals, and anyone who honors feminine healing traditions.

We close the series by grounding ourselves in healing and resilience. Across time, women have been vital carriers of healing—creating healing spaces that shape and strengthen their cultural communities. Rooted in Accola’s commitment to compassionate connection, this panel brings together healers to share their stories, practices, and lived experiences.

This final gathering reflects the heart of Summer of Soul: that sustaining justice requires care—for ourselves, for one another, and for our communities. Healing is not separate from action; it is what makes lasting change possible.

Through resource-sharing, reflection, and connection, participants are invited to carry forward what they have experienced throughout the series—into their own lives and communities.

Join us as we close this journey rooted in healing, strength, and shared humanity.

Light appetizers will be served after the panel.
