Ann Viveros (she/her)
Ann Viveros (she/her) is a self-taught mandala artist inspired by world cultures and traditions as well as personal dreams, meditations and inquiry. She teaches meditation, mindfulness, and inquiry through experiential practices that integrate our minds, hearts and bodies.

Erica Wallace Moore is a Reiki Master and Instructor, healer, and Akashic Records reader currently in practice at The Nest in Minnesota. What started off as curiosity has transformed into higher vibrations of connection, compassion, love, beauty, and grace in Erica's work.

Dr. Paul Min (he/him)
Dr. Paul Min is an associate professor in radiology and a neuroscientist at Mayo Clinic. At age 25, he met Seokmun Breathing practice and, after 20 years of practice, is an instructor of Seokmun Breathing, sharing the studies he learned about changing and becoming brighter.
