Gather with us for a morning of contemplative prayer in the Christian tradition. Following a short teaching on Advent’s significance and spiritual themes, participants will be guided into two periods of sitting and one walking meditation. We will embrace shared silence as we remember God’s constant presence with us and expectantly await Christ’s re-birth into our world. The morning’s schedule will also include free time for personal reflection.
