Hedgerow Autumn 2025: Green Saints & Ecofeminist Theologians FULL SERIES
Hedgerow Fall 2025 combines the stories in the new book Green Saints for a Green Generation (Libby Osgood, CND, editor) and the voices of the theologians who over the past 65 years have called us to save our Earth home, accompany the afflicted in solidarity, seek equality in Church and society, recognize evolution is our story. Hedgerow is our name and symbol of resistance, the place where the Irish taught the people their language and faith during the English penal laws that forbid it.
The course will explore the inspiration and practice of green gaze saints and theologian thinking about a dynamic, loving God who sustains a self-creating universe and calls us to participate in creating a community of love among humankind and kin and moving beyond the static, patriarchal world view. We invite Millennials and Gen Z to come, mix, and share anxieties and hopes with Gen X and Boomers, and elders. Ten classes begin every Monday evening from September 22 until December 1st at the Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
10 week course - $250.00 or $25 for individual courses
