Holy Saturday Meditation

In the Christian liturgical tradition, Holy Saturday—the day between our commemoration of Jesus' death and the celebration of his resurrection—is a day of emptiness and great silence. Join us as we enter into that silence through contemplative prayer. This offering will consist of a short reading, two 25-minute sitting meditations, and a walking meditation.
